In our journey, we bore many pangs while starting up and faced challenges in cohorting with multiple providers for resources (capital, infrastructure, technology, skills, talent, mentoring, advice, sales and marketing etc), resulting in loss of focus in building our products. That’s when we started experimenting with a comprehensive in-house ‘Integrated incubator’ model of nurturing startups. We have been successful at it and loving and living the journey. Our association with a promoter of a top pharma company on a JV model, for building a suite of products for his enterprise, and taking to the market later for general use, gave us that head start

The present model of incubation is not experiential, patches resources, borrows temporary skillsets, inhibits the founders, and is mostly observatory in style. We want to offer a globally relevant, shared service of reusable and proven CxO abilities, technology, domain knowledge by fusing a critical mix of know-hows common to most operations so that startups can concentrate on their core competencies increasing their chances to achieve success better. Our effort is to be able to assembly line that reusable and common abilities across validated start-ups we incubate.
